Thank you to the 40 Rotarians and guest (including children) who attended our Octoberfest Outing at Southern Tier Brewery!

The weather was lovely until the sun went down and then it got chilly despite the warmers and the fireplace.

Former member Randy Graham played wonderful songs for all of us – I don’t know if he could hear us, but we had a lot of fun singing along.

 

The food was delicious – brats, German potato salad and wonderful pretzels with warm beer cheese to smother them in.

 

Thanks to Vicki McGraw for her delicious cookies and for providing cookies for people to decorate – um, um good!

 

Lots of drawings and I heard of a few winners – beautiful mums (Melissa Meyers) and the winner of the $150 50-50 drawing was none other than a very deserving Tory Irgang whose ticket was drawn by Joah our exchange student.

 

Thank you to Michelle Jones, Lisa Goodell, Melissa Meyers, Ruth Lundin and anyone else I missed.

 

A great time was had by all who attended!
